Nat Earp is the Managing Director of Owner Jet Sales. Earp, a pilot, engineer, and author, is recognized by many as one of the top aircraft acquisition consultants in the United States, with a special knack for evaluating large cabin, pre-owned aircraft.

Mr. Earp began his career as a program manager for Bell Helicopters where he was responsible for modification and certification efforts of special mission aircraft, including electronic newsgathering, emergency medical, law enforcement and other mission-critical programs.

In 1989, Earp began work as an engineer and fleet manager for Delta Air Lines.  During his tenure at Delta, Earp was responsible for acquiring dozens of new and pre-owned commercial aircraft.

In 1997, Earp founded Frontgate Technology Services, an advanced technology research company that pioneered the use of Bayes’ probability theorem, a precursor to Artificial Intelligence (AI), to filter commercial email. The company was later sold to a private investment firm.

In 2000, Earp was recruited to Netjets, the largest private jet operator in the World, to manage the day-to-day operations of their 350+ aircraft fleet. There he was responsible for maintenance planning, reliability programs, and fleet management. Earp introduced advanced planning methods and pioneered the service hub concept which allowed the company to expand rapidly while saving $15.5M in maintenance costs annually. While at Netjets, Earp and his team placed over 140+ private jets into service.

In 2010, Earp received an offer to lead a national aircraft management company where he was responsible marketing, sales, aircraft management, flight operations, maintenance, and safety. Under Earp's leadership the company grew exponentially, doubling sales revenue over the next 5 years.

Earp has served on several industry steering committees, as well as charitable organizations, including Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. Earp resides in Peachtree City, GA. He is a proud husband and father of two.
